A court in the Yemeni capital, Sanaa, controlled by Houthi group (Ansar Allah), on Sunday, preventive seizure of funds and property of the Yemen's internationally recognized, President Abdrabbu Mansour Hadi, the prime minister, Maeen Abdulmalik, and the Foreign Minister Khaled Al-Yamani, after accusing them of treason and collaborating with Israel.
Houthi-run "Saba" news agency reported that the Specialized Criminal Court (state) security, ruled "preventive seizure of the accused of crime of treason and collaborating with the Israeli enemy entity, real estate and movable inside and outside Yemen and the appointment of a guardian in accordance with the law of money".
The Houthi court decided that the summons of the president, his prime minister and his foreign minister would be published in the country's first official newspaper within 30 days to attend trial sessions.

of Yemeni President Abedrabbuh Mansur Hadi and his head of internationally-recognized government, Dr. Maeen Abdulmalik, and the Foreign Minister Khaled al-Yamani charged with treason and conspiracy with the Israeli enemy.
According to the indictment, the first defendant (Al-Yamani) was accused of trying to declare himself foreign minister of Yemen and his communication of a foreign entity at war with the Republic of Yemen, which is called "Israel", which is not recognized as a state by the Republic of Yemen, the agency reported.
It added that the accused met with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Conference "Warsaw" appearing in the media with a friendly appearance to recognize that entity which will be detrimental to the political and diplomatic status of the Republic, in addition to carrying out acts aimed at violating the independence of the Republic and its territorial integrity represented in his presence with the foreign ministers of the US-Saudi aggression coalition on Yemen in the so-called Warsaw Conference.
The Criminal Prosecution also charged the second and third (Abedrabbuh Mansur Hadi and Maeen Abdulmalik) accused with the charge of participating in the criminal agreement with the first accused in the crimes attributed to him through inciting him, helping him to commit the crime of communicating with the enemy, as well as helping him by directing him to the presence of the so-called Warsaw Conference and carrying out criminal acts and treason contrary to the will of the Yemeni people, its doctrine and principles.
In December 2017, the Houthi group ordered the seizure and custody of bank accounts and properties of 1223 Yemeni individuals, including ministers in the legitimate government, political activists, dissidents, and upper and middle party leaders.
The Central Bank of Yemen in Sanaa issued a directive to the banks of the private and mixed sectors demanding that they reserve a number of bank accounts for what they described as "traitors" in accordance with the orders of the specialized criminal prosecution.
Houthi leader stated on Sunday that Warsaw conference, held mid-February, had been a shameful party and propaganda for normalization and partnership with Israel.
"Israel is an accomplice in aggression experienced by Yemen for nearly four years, and its enmity towards Yemen is declared on its media," Abdul Malik al-Houthi told tribal leaders at a meeting in Sana'a.
"Normalization and relation with Israel can only be at the expense of the nation's core issue, the issue of Palestine," he added noting that "occupying an Islamic country is targeting the Islamic Nation."
Abdulmalik al-Houthi said the "US and Israel act according to their avarices, antagonize the Islamic nation and have conspiracies and agendas enhancing their control by help of their agents."
Yemen has been devastated by a four-conflict which broke out after the Houthi Group (Ansar Allah) ousted the internationally recognised government in late 2014. The conflict has escalated in since a Saudi-led coalition intervened militarily to restore the government in March 2015, creating the world's largest humanitarian crisis.
