Sa'ada (Debriefer) - The Houthis on Tuesday accused Saudi border guards of opening fire at populated areas in the Yemeni northern governorate of Sa'ada, leaving one civilian injured.
"One civilian was wounded by Saudi guards' bullets in Shada district at borders with Saudi Arabia," the Houthi-run al-Masyra said, without further details.
Bordering districts in Sa'ada, the Houthi stronghold, are daily shelled by Saudi border guards' rockets and mortars, leaving civilian casualties and damages to private houses and properties, the TV added.
Saudi Arabia has been leading a military coalition in Yemen since 26 March 2015, in support of forces loyal to President Hadi to retake areas controlled by the Iranian-backed Houthi group that ousted the internationally-recognized government late in 2014.
