RIYADH (Debriefer)--The Yemeni foreign ministry on Saturday welcomed the announcement of reaching a final agreement to end the three-year Gulf crisis.
We praise the major efforts exerted by Kuwait represented by Emir Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah and the US administration to heal the rift between the Gulf states and to stabilise the Arab Gulf, the ministry said in a statement.
On Friday, Kuwaiti foreign minister Ahmad Nasser Al-Mohammad Al-Sabah said the brotherly states in the Gulf reached a final agreement to end their dispute.
Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain and Egypt boycotted Qatar in June 2017. They imposed a land, air and sea blockade on Qatar accusing it of providing support to terrorist networks and interference in affairs of Gulf states and Arab countries, an accusation which Qatar denies.
