RIYADH (Debriefer)--a Saudi-led coalition fighting in Yemen said on Thursday it intercepted and destroyed a drone which was fired by the Houthi group towards the Saudi province of Jizan.
The Houthis have continued to attack civilians and civilian objects, it said in a statement carried by the Saudi press agency, adding that it is taking necessary operational measures to protect civilians.
On Thursday, it said it shot down 8 drones and 3 missiles which the Houthi group fired towards Saudi Arabia.
On the same day, the group said it attacked Aramco sites, Najran Airport and sensitive targets in the province of Najran with 7 ballistic missiles and 5 drones.
