Yemen records 21 Covid-19 infections, 1,318 in total

Aden (Debriefer) - The Yemeni internationally-recognized government on Wednesday registered 21 more infections of COVID-19, bringing the total to 1,318 cases, in provinces under its control.
"The new cases occurred in the governorates of Hadhramout (16), Taiz (4) and Shabwa (1 case)," the government-run supreme emergency committee (SEC) tweeted.
The novel coronavirus has recently claimed 3 lives; one case in each Hadhramout, Taiz and Mahara, the committee added, noting that deaths of Covid-19 have topped 351.
According to the SEC statistics, 595 people have recovered from the pandemic in total, after three cases heeled in Taiz and one other in Lahj governorate.
