Riyadh (Debriefer) - The Yemeni new official government was sworn in on Saturday in front of President Abd Rabbu Mansour Hadi in the Saudi capital.
The government will head for Aden tomorrow (Sunday), official sources said earlier on Saturday, if all arrangements are in place.
The swearing-in was expected to take place on Thursday, but the Yemeni Nasserite party threatened to withdraw from the government unless the ceremony happens in the Aden-based Presidential palace.
Hussein al-Aghbari (local administration minister nominated by Nasserite party) along with other ministers refused on Thursday to travel from Cairo to Riyadh for the swearing-in.
It is not clear why Saudi Arabia reneged it promise to have Yemen's new cabinet sworn in in Aden.
On 18 December, the Yemeni President Hadi decreed the formation of the new government equally shared by the war-torn country's southern and northern provinces.
