ADEN (Debriefer)--Aden airport is expected to resume operations with three flights a day as of Sunday after a rocket attack forced its shutdown on Wednesday,
minister of transport in the internationally recognised government Abdulsalam Humaid said on Saturday.
He visited the airport and urged to finish the rehabilitation works very quickly.
"We are facing a huge challenge requiring us to work as a team to reopen the airport after the terrorist attack which will never deter the government from continuing its duties and reactivating and protecting the state institutions," he said.
The attack occurred when the government landed at the airport, killing and wounding 135 people.
The government blamed it on the Houthi group.
