TAIZ (Debriefer)--At least seven civilians, including two children, were injured when an explosive device hit a military vehicle in Yemen's southwestern province of Taiz on Friday.
Some were seriously injured, a local source said, adding that the military vehicle was completely damaged.
The explosion occurred near the Abdu Saif Khat market in the district of Bir Basha west of the province, the source said.
It came a week after a bomb was planted under the car of the director of the police station in the district of Salah, Mohammed Al-Sufyani. The car was parked at the time of the explosion and and no one was hurt.
