MARIB (Debriefer)--The Yemeni forces on Sunday said they shot down four Houthi drones over the district of Nihem in east of the capital Sanaa.
They repelled attacks and infiltration attempts, preventing Houthi fighters from advancing towards army positions, the information centre of the armed forces wrote on Twitter.
Moreover, they launched artillery shelling on Houthi reinforcements and gatherings at a number of positions in the district, killing and wounding a number of Houthi fighters, it said.
The Houthi group has not commented on these developments.
