Sana'a (Debriefer) - The Saudi-led coalition aircraft carried out airstrikes targeting Sana'a City early on Thursday, hours after Aden airport blast for which the Houthi group in the Yemeni capital was blamed.
The Arab coalition warplanes launched one airstrike on Sana'a international airport and seven on Raimat Homaid in Sanhan district, south Sana'a, the Houthi-run al-Masyra said.
The fighter jets also targeted Rijam Valley in Bani Hoshaish district, northeast the capital, the TV added.
The airstrikes targeted sites used by the Houthi group, local sources said.
On Wednesday, 3 huge explosions rocked the Aden international airport as the new cabinet plane landed, leaving 25 people killed and other 110 injured.
Later, the Yemeni foreign ministry accused the Houthis of targeting the airport, as "signs indicate that the group" fired 4 ballistic missiles at the facility.
The Iranian-backed Houthis denied the charge and shifted the blame for the explosions to infighting between the "mercenaries".
