Marib (Debriefer) - Violent explosion resonated Marib on Saturday, when the Houthi group fired a ballistic missile at a residential quarter in the Yemeni northeastern city, private sources and eyewitnesses said.
The Houthi ballistic missile hit Rawdha neighborhood, downtown Marib, leaving a number of civilian casualties, the sources added.
No immediate statement has been released by official authorities in Marib on the incident.
The Yemeni government accuses the Iranian-backed Houthi group of targeting civil areas and IDP camps with mortar shells and missiles.
