Riyadh (Debriefer) - The international community is urged to have serious stance at carnages experienced by IDP camps and civilians in Marib, the Yemeni foreign minister said Monday, accusing the Houthi group of systematically firing ballistic missiles at the northeastern governorate.
This repeated targeting and military escalation will have humanitarian disastrous complications, Ahmed Bin Mubarak added at meeting in Riyadh with Emirati ambassador for Yemen, Salem al-Ghafli.
These Houthi moves come while regional and international efforts are exerted to stop the 6-year-old war, the FM said, calling for international strict position at Iran's interferences in Yemen.
The meeting discussed latest developments in Yemen and international efforts to make peace, restore security and end the futile war erupted by the Houthi militia that is unwilling to achieve peace and persisting attack on Marib.
The Emirati envoy reiterated his country's constant stand supporting the legitimate government, Yemen's unity and security, and international efforts to make sustainable peace in Yemen.
