IT systems at public institutions all over Poland broke down on Tuesday morning making it impossible for citizens to apply for new identity documents or register cars, the digitalization ministry said.
A ministry spokesman said that a special team was working to fix the systems as soon as possible.
“For the time being we do not have information about what caused the breakdown and how long it will last,” a spokesman said.
