Yemen recorded 41 new Covid-19 cases

Yemen recorded (41) new cases of the new Corona virus (Covid 19) Friday, bringing the total confirmed cases since the outbreak of the virus on April 10 to (632) cases.

The Supreme Committee for Emergency of the internationally recognized government stated in a tweet on its account on "Twitter" that the recorded cases were distributed in the governorates of Aden by (19) infections, and Taiz (11) infection, including two deaths and four cases in Lahj and one in al-Dhalea.

The committee noted the death of a former victim in al-Dhalea, bringing the total number of deaths to 139, while the number of recovery cases rose to 28 after five cases of recovery of people with HIV were recorded in Lahj 4 and al-Dhalea 1.

Health authorities of the Houthi "salvation" government in Sana`a continue to keep the number of Covid-19-positive cases in the areas under their control.
