Marib (Debriefer) - The Houthi group on Friday fired a ballistic missile at the Yemeni northeastern city of Marib, local sources said without further details on any casualties.
The rocket hit the Rawdha residential quarter, downtown Marib city, the sources added.
Local residents said they heard a great sound of blast after the Friday Prayers due to the missile fall.
No comment has been immediately released by the Houthi group on the missile attack on the city, where fighting pace has increased in a number of fight fronts.
The oil-rich governorate of Marib has seen Houthi studious efforts to make an advancement towards its provincial capital used by the government army as its headquarters.
