Aden (Debriefer) - Angry protestors stormed into the Yemeni government seat in the Aden-based presidential palace on Tuesday.
Tens of southern military and security personnel passed through three security fences and arrived at the last gate of the presidential palace, to call for payment of their overdue salaries and improvement of services, local sources said.
Arab coalition troops positioned on top of, and Yemeni forces inside, the palace opened fire in the air to disperse the protestors who lifted flags of former south state, the sources added.
The protestors represent "groups supported by subversive parties seeking to undermine the government efforts," official source told Debriefer.
The move comes in response to a call by the 'Southern Army and Security Higher Military Body' for escalation against the official government through the "public anger uprising" rally in protest of bad services and livings and unpaid salaries.
