Riyadh (Debriefer) The Arab coalition on Saturday said its forces destroyed four explosive-laden boats in a Houthi-held camp in the Yemeni western governorate of Hodeida.
The coalition war planes targeted a Houthi site used for assembling and trapping boats in the costal camp of Jabbana, the Saudi-led coalition said in a statement carried by the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
Four bomb-laden boats were destroyed, the statement added, noting that the boats had been equipped to carry out hostile acts and imminent attacks.
The coalition's efforts contributed to the protection of global navigation and trade routes in the Bab al-Mandeb Strait and Red Sea, according to the statement.
The Houthi-run Saba quoted a security source as saying anonymously that coalition aircraft targeted Hodeida city with three raids, in violation of Stockholm Agreement.
The Arab coalition war planes persistently hover over the port city, the Sana'a-based news agency added, without further details.
