The Yemeni official army has retaken control over key sites from Houthis in the central governorate of Baydha, the internationally-recognized government said Monday.
"Three army brigades have launched swift military operation in al-Malajim, Nati'e and Qania districts of Baydha," a military source said, with participation of Arab coalition aircraft.
The operation saw the official army advancing in those areas and seizing key sites including the strategic mountain of Loban, and left scores of Houthis killed or injured, the source told Anadolu Agency anonymously.
The Saudi-led coalition aircraft on Monday launched six raids on Nati'e district, the Houthi-run al-Masyra TV reported.
Neither the TV gave further details on any human or material losses, nor the coalition has commented on these airstrikes.
