The adviser to the Yemeni Minister of Information, Mukhtar Al-Rahbi, in a tweet on Twitter that a defected military commander from the Yemeni army arrived in Socotra from the UAE on a cargo ship, and he has 30 million dirhams (about 8 million US dollars).
