Baydha (Debriefer) - Houthi security forces have dismantled 31 explosive devices in the Yemeni central governorate of Baydha, spokesman for the Sana'a-based interior ministry said Wednesday.
15 of the bombs were defused in al-Qurashiah district and 16 in Wald Rabie district, Abdul Khaliq al-Ajri added in remarks carried by the Houthi-run al-Masyra TV.
Since its seizure of Baydha, the Houthi group removed so many explosive devices that would have claimed thousands of innocent lives.
Last August, the Houthis announced full control over some Baydha districts, including Wald Rabie, after repelling "al-Qaeda and Daesh militants".
