Yemen's Houthi group announced on Sunday the release of 36 prisoners in the northern governorate of al-Jawf.
The security authorities have released 36 "deceived" people in al-Jawf, in application of the "general pardon decision," the Houthi-run Saba reported without further details.
Following fierce battles with government forces, Houthis took control of al-Hazm city (al-Jawf provincial capital) on Sunday, one day after the group's control of al-Ghail district in the same governorate.
