Coalition airstrikes leave Houthis killed, injured in Yemen's Marib

Marib (Debriefer) - Houthi fighters were killed or wounded on Wednesday when the Saudi-led coalition warplanes bombed the group's sites in the Yemeni northeastern governorate of Marib.
The Arab coalition launched more than 20 airstrikes targeting Houthi sites and reinforcements in Madghal, Sirwah and Rahabah districts, Yemeni military source said.
The raids left [indefinite] number of Houthis killed or injured, and military vehicles damaged, the source added in remarks carried by the International Sputnik.
The intense bombing took place in the same time as clashes raging between the UN-recognized government troops and the Houthi group in the districts of Mkhdarah, Sirwah, Madghal and at fringes of Rahabah, he said.
According to the Houthi account, the coalition aircraft carried out 9 raids on Madghal, without further details.
Earlier on Wednesday, the government troops claimed recapture of "strategic" mountainous series after battles with Houthis in the northwest of Marib.
The national army liberated mountains overlooking al-Salam Valley, inflicted grave losses to Houthis and destroyed a number of their machines, commander of the 22nd infantry brigade, Abdu al-Mikhlafi, said.
