RIYADH (Debriefer)--A Saudi-led coalition fighting in Yemen said on Thursday its air defences intercepted a ballistic missile fired by the Houthi group towards the Saudi province of Jizan.

It accused the group of continuing deliberate attacks on civilians and civilian objects, affirming that it is taking measures to protect civilians in accordance with international law, the Saudi sate news agency reported.

Early on Tuesday, the Houthi group said they attacked an Aramco facility in Jeddah with a winged missile, type Quds-2, and the King Khalid Air Base in Khamis Musheit with an explosives-laden drone. The missile and drone hit their targets precisely, it said.
