Riyadh (Debriefer) - The Saudi-led coalition on Saturday said its forces foiled a Houthi imminent hostile attack by means of bomb-laden boat in the Red Sea.
The boat was destroyed off Salif port, some 70 kilometers to the south of Hodeida city, the Arab coalition added in a statement carried by the Saudi Press Agency.
The Houthis use the Stockholm Agreement as umbrella to launch hostile attacks from Hodeida, posing persistent threats to international trade and navigation routes, the statement said.
No comment has immediately been issued by the Iranian-backed Houthi group on the coalition statement.
Last Sunday, the coalition said two Houthi bomb-laden boats were bombed before carrying out an immanent attack from the Yemeni western governorate of Hodeida.
