SANAA (Debriefer)--At least 10 civilians were killed in a Saudi-led airstrike in Yemen's northern province of Hajjah on Sunday, the Houthi Group said.
The airstrike hit a house in the district of Washhah, killing 6 women and 4 children, the Houthi-run Saba news agency reported, adding that a woman and a man were injured.
In a statement, the local government condemned the attack which it said happened with complicity of human rights organisations.
Extermination crimes against Yemeni children and women that are happening in front of the eyes of the world expose the failure of the UN to address blatant violations of the Saudi-led coalition which is defying international laws and conventions, the statement said.
The coalition, which the UN says is responsible for the vast majority of the civilian casualties from the war in the country, has not commented on the raid.
It has been fighting the Iran-backed Houthi Group in support of the government of internationally recognised president Abdrabbuh Mansur Hadi since March 2015
